Zac Weinstein

Zac Weinstein is an entrepreneur, investor, and real estate developer with deep expertise in real estate finance, capital formation, and operational scaling across multiple industries. He serves as Head of Finance and Business Development for Village Development Group, a 66-year-old multifamily development company now entering a new era as VISIONARY VENTURES—a rebrand led by Zac to position the firm for national expansion, technology integration, and next-generation capital strategies. Under his leadership, the company is currently under construction on approximately 2,000 multifamily units scheduled for delivery over the next 18 months. Zac is also a Partner and Co-Founder of COMMAND OP, a technology infrastructure company that provides full-spectrum smart-community systems for multifamily developments. COMMAND OP functions as an in-house ISP, delivering broadband internet, cellular boosting, and fully integrated access control, security systems, AI camera networks, EV charging solutions, smart parking, and sub-metering for water, gas, and electric—down to monetized vending systems. These vertically integrated amenities convert what is traditionally “dead money” into recurring revenue streams, elevating asset performance and increasing investor IRR by 2–5%, depending on market, competition, and community amenity requirements. Before fully transitioning into real estate, Zac spent a decade in the film industry, founding and operating Dynasty Pictures and Paint Night Productions. Over eight years, he produced and financed more than 15 independent and studio films, raising over $50 million in capital from private equity, institutional partners, and strategic entertainment financiers. His strengths included creative financing, the velocity of capital, music licensing and publishing structures, and tax-incentivized film strategies. Zac has been involved in blockchain technology for more than 10 years, and his current focus is on integrating blockchain into real estate—specifically in areas of asset tokenization, fractionalized ownership, transparent capital flows, and expanded investor access. Zac’s entrepreneurial journey began at the University of Maryland, where he founded CW Maintenance, a multi-state facility services company supporting national retailers. Since joining his family’s company in 2021, Zac has driven its evolution into a modern, innovation-forward real estate platform by leading the rebrand to VISIONARY VENTURES, building data-driven market frameworks, engineering sophisticated capital stacks, expanding into high-growth markets, implementing advanced tech ecosystems like COMMAND OP, and introducing blockchain-enabled systems. Across industries, Zac is known for financial creativity, belief in the velocity of capital, and unlocking value through strategic deal structures.
