Sunny Patel

Sunny Patel is an investor, strategic advisor, and tech founder known for bridging Wall Street discipline with entrepreneurial execution. As Managing Partner at YXS Capital, Sunny leverages deep experience from $3 billion in M&A transactions and over $100 million successfully raised for early-stage companies across technology and growth sectors. He previously co-founded Neural, an AI-powered geospatial intelligence platform recognized for its cutting-edge use of satellite data to drive risk modeling and forecasting for industries such as insurance, real estate, and natural resources. Prior to his current venture work, Sunny built his career as an M&A investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, PwC, and Kaufman Hall, where he executed complex buy- and sell-side transactions and advised on both operational scaling and capital formation. Through Amber Capital Group, he has served as a fractional CFO and advisor to more than thirty high-growth startups— engineering exits, institutional financings, and growth strategies that have generated $200 million in enterprise value. Sunny holds FINRA Series 62, 63, and 79 licenses, and earned his B.S. in Finance and Accounting from DePaul University.
