Steven Hoffmann

Steven Hoffmann began his career in New York City, providing IT consulting services through Robert Half International. He led IT services teams for major clients, including Citibank, Morgan Stanley, AIG, Scholastic, Reuters, and other Fortune 1000 companies, building a strong foundation in IT engineering and finance. As a seasoned serial entrepreneur, Mr. Hoffmann has successfully built and scaled multiple ventures from the ground up in the engineered automation, solar energy, and technology sectors. His achievements include developing products, driving deployments, achieving up to $200 million in sales, and executing profitable exits. Drawing on extensive international experience in capital markets advisory, Mr. Hoffmann transitioned to Europe, where he has orchestrated numerous successful public listings via reverse takeovers (RTOs), capital pool companies (CPCs), and direct listings on exchanges such as the TSX, CSE, Frankfurt Stock Exchange, AIM, LSE, and Nasdaq. He has delivered several notable exits in the fintech and energy sectors. As a transaction advisor, Mr. Hoffmann has executed mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions totaling over $800 million and facilitated equity raises exceeding $300 million for technology companies. With approximately 24 years of experience, he has cultivated a diverse equity portfolio, including luxury automotive fabrication operations in the European Union; AI-driven healthcare ventures in the United States; co-founder and directorship roles in a UAE-based tokenization platform; equity stakes in various technology companies; and ownership interests in real estate, hospitality, and condo/resort developments. Mr. Hoffmann has served on the boards of private companies, capital pool companies, and publicly listed entities. He currently holds directorships at Arches Capital and Obsidian Six Advisor in the USA, where he provides strategic guidance, capital introductions, and capital markets advisory services.
