Kirsty Barany-Gibson is a global executive, advisor, and board member celebrated for her international leadership, cross-sector portfolio, and high-profile industry recognition. She has played pivotal roles launching high-impact startups, such as co-founding RxGenesys, a biotechnology company, and leading Clear Sparrow, an early blockchain use case highlighted in the BSV Blockchain ecosystem and at CoinGeek Conversations. Kirsty’s expertise includes business development, international expansion, operational excellence, and guiding complex projects for multinational institutions and investment organizations. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Metropolitana and completed the Corporate Scaling Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
