Jonny Boyarsky is a founder, operator, and advisor known for his active mentorship in the startup community and leadership across multiple entrepreneurial ventures. He currently leads a stealth startup and is the co-founder of Literally Helping Startups, an organization dedicated to supporting founders with strategy, go-to-market, team building, and investment preparation without charging fees. Jonny is also the founder of VC Village, where he hosts curated investor networking events, and serves as Entrepreneur in Residence for the Pro Athlete Community (PAC), empowering professional athletes in entrepreneurship and investing. His additional roles include Principal at Athenian VC and mentor at Techstars, underscoring his industry influence and commitment to founder-first guidance. With a distinctive “give first” approach, Jonny is widely recognized for building bridges between founders and capital, driving pro-bono startup ecosystem impact, and publishing practical frameworks for founder success.
