Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to work directly with the Managing Partners at YXS Capital. This role operates at the intersection of partnership initiatives, external coordination, marketing support, and firm-wide execution. You will serve as a core extension of the leadership team, driving alignment across strategic priorities, managing high-impact initiatives, and ensuring the firm operates with precision and consistency.
The role reports directly to the Managing Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Initiatives
Support the development and execution of strategic partnerships across enterprise, government, and institutional stakeholders. Coordinate cross-border initiatives aligned with YXS Capital’s investment and value-creation strategy.
External Coordination and Communication
Manage high-level communication with LPs, partners, portfolio companies, and external stakeholders. Prepare briefings, meeting materials, and follow-ups, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment.
Marketing and Brand Support
Support brand-building initiatives including events, private dinners, conferences, and digital presence. Assist in the development of presentations, reports, and external communications to strengthen YXS Capital’s market positioning.
Strategic Execution and Operations
Drive execution of firm-wide priorities and ensure initiatives are delivered at a high standard. Maintain visibility across ongoing projects and provide structured updates to leadership.
Internal Coordination
Align internal teams across investment, operations, and external functions. Ensure information flows efficiently and priorities are executed without friction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or high-performance startup environments.
- Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High ownership mindset and ability to operate with discretion and judgment.
- Strong interest in venture capital, technology, and institutional investing.
